This is a good time to start a fitness program. Whether it's to shed those unwanted pounds accumulated over the holiday season, or starting a full blown daily routine,  the right music really helps.

Here are some suggestions courtesy of  Costas Karageorghis, Ph.d.  To get you motivated, and warm you up, try Give It Up To Me by Shakira. During your workout listen to Killin It by Krewella, and after your workout check out Smash Into You by Beyonce.
