I never met a doughnut I didn't like. I'm a firm believer every dieter  should eat at least one per day, if not two. Heck, why not pound down a whole box on the way to the gym? . If you're like me, you'll find this interesting...

Most people hardly eat a light breakfast before a race, let alone an entire box of doughnuts. Over 7,000 people gathered in Raleigh for the Krispy Kreme challenge, but only over 5,500 crossed the finsih line.

Competitors had to run two miles. Once they reached the end, they were required to eat a dozen Krispy Kreme doughnuts before continuing back for another two miles to the finish line.

The winner finished in 29 minutes and 31 seconds.

Krispy Kreme race began in 2004 with a small group of people as a dare, and it's become more popular ever since.
