Johnny Cash fans:  Circle March of 2014 on your calendar!  Out Among The Stars - a collection of newly-discovered recordings that Cash made between 1981 and 1984 will hit record store shelves highlighting one of the most-anticipated catalog releases in the first half of the year.

The songs were discovered by John Carter Cash - the only son of Johnny and June Carter Cash while he was archiving his late father's collection.

By the early 1980's, Cash had fallen out of favor with music fans - and was eventually dropped by his long-time label Columbia by  mid-decade. These songs  had been recorded just prior to that business divorce, and have seen dust ever since.

Included on the collection are more duets that Cash did with his wife June and with former roommate Waylon Jennings.
