We all know a certain amount of exercise is good for us. I read 2015 is the year for getting in better shape, and of course part of that is daily exercise. The question is how much is enough? Or, better put, how much is too much?

Unless a person is really into fitness, or has a coach or trainer, we're pretty much left out in the cold as to how much exercise we really need. We exercise loose a few pounds, and soon are exercising more. It can become addictive. It can also cause health problems.
