How Cold Causes Frostbite

Every time i turn on my weather radio art home, it says something like "frostbite can occur in as little at 10 minutes," or something like that. It also says to "be sure to wear hat and gloves." I've often wondered what the actual process is for frostbite to occur, and thanks to my friends at Mens Health, we now have the answer.
