Gerber Baby Food Recall Affects Organic 2nd Foods Pouches

Some important news if you use Gerber Baby Food to feed your baby:  The company is recalling two varieties from their Organic 2nd Foods pouch line.

A letter from Gerber CEO Gary Tickle on the companies website outlines the details.  While the food product inside isn't necessarily harmful for consumption, the look and taste of the product inside may be compromised.

The product involved in the recall involves Gerber's Organic 2nd Foods pouches of Pears, Carrots & Peas and two batches of their Organic 2nd Foods pouches of Carrots, Apples & Mangoes with best by dates of July 12, 2016, July 13, 2016, July 14, 2016.
