Like a lot of communities around the nation, Duluth has its share of drug and crime problems.  Over the last decade or so, the number of opioid and heroin cases has dramatically increased, taxing law enforcement, communities services, and relationships.

A public forum has been scheduled to address the ongoing epidemic in Duluth, scheduled for Tuesday, February 27 at the American Indian Community Housing Organization (AICHO) - from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.  The event is free and open to the public.

At the session, a variety of speakers will present information pertinent to the Twin Ports in regards to opioid and heroin use.  There will also be the opportunity to ask questions and get information from law enforcement and city officials.

The American Indian Community Housing Organization is located at 202 West 2nd Street in Duluth.
