At the halfway mark for the men's teams, 2006 Olympic bronze medalist John Shuster leads the qualifying round after a match at noon. The next round will take place at 7 pm tonite with fellow 2006 Olympic bronze medalist Pete Fenson one win behind Shuster at the 2014 U.S. Olympic Team Trials for Curling.

A main-artery bridge in Green Bay that has been closed since late September is expected to be open at some point in January 2014.  Wisconsin Department of Transportation officials say the bids they're soliciting for the Leo Frigo Memorial Bridge will include a clause that binds the process to a January 17 2014 open date.
