May 29, 2012 The "Theremin" is an early electronic musical instrument controlled without any physical contact from the player. It is named after its Russian inventor, Professor Leon Theremin who patented the device in 1928. The controlling section usually consists of two metal antennas which sense the position of the player's hands and control pitch with one hand, and volume with the other, so it can be played without being touched. The electric signals from the theremin are amplified and sent to a speaker.
May 14, 2012 Saturday I dropped my car off at the repair shop because I needed new spark plugs. Not wanting to leave my key ring with the car (because it has my house keys on it), I took out a "valet" set that came with the car. Your supposed to use that set when you go out to a fancy place and the dude parks your car for you. I don't use it much though because McDonald's and Burger King don't' have valet parking last time I checked.
