Bike And Bus Pilot Program Launches In Duluth; Effort From Community Action Duluth Aids Lower Income Families Increase Self-Sufficiency

The Community Action Duluth program has launched a new initiative in their quest to eliminate poverty and help lower-income families get ahead.

It's called the Bike+Bus Pilot and it's designed to increase health and wellness as well as provide transportation.  The program gives individuals and families refurbished bikes, helmets, DTA bus passes, instruction on how to ride safely and on-going support.
