Why Buy A Cabin When You Can Buy A Houseboat For 45k In Northern MN?
Why buy an expensive cabin on a lake when you can buy a houseboat for 45,000 dollars? It's a lot cheaper and it makes for a pretty good point. A friend from high school is selling their families houseboat on a lake in Northern Minnesota. It looks pretty nice! She said it's been in her husbands family for years, and they've only decided to sell it because they are looking to build a newer and bigger one.
The 54 foot houseboat is located on Crane Lake in Northern Minnesota. It's a 19651 Cari Craft Houseboat, but was rebuilt from the pontoons up in 1997. The pontoons were sandblasted and repainted last year in 2020. It looks like it's in really good condition and it even comes with it's own trailer. The boat is powered by twin Volvo penta 3.0 liter gas engines that have low hours.
Seriously, how much fun would this be? You can contact the seller on Facebook Market Place.
