Just a few days remain for your child to get their entry into the West Duluth Public Library's Decorate-A-Heart contest.  All entries must be received by January 29 in order to be eligible for a prize.

Entrants are encouraged to make a heart from any lightweight material (light enough to hang from the ceiling).  The heart can be made of paper, cloth, paint, mixed media, etc.

When finished, bring the heart to the West Duluth Public Library and get it entered to win.  There are several age categories and each will be awarded a prize:  Ages 6 and under, 7-10, 11-14, and 15 and up.  Judging will take place the first week in February and winners will be on display as part of American Heart Month.

For more information, you can call the West Duluth Public Library:  218-730-4280 or stop by the location:  5830 Grand Avenue.
