Walmart to Push Amazon Prime

Walmart accidentally leaked its new shipping option via an internal link on Walmart.com.

Walmart's new shipping option is going to be called "ShippingPass".  This will compete with the current version of AmazonPrime with a couple of slight differences... It will be a 3day shipping service and it will cost less than the 2day AmazonPrime.  There will also be no minimum order, but certain restrictions on items will apply, however, most groceries and household items will be included.  The error of releasing the link early resulting in savy people registering for $1, but that was short lived.  When Walmart discovered the issue, those registered were notified via email of the mistake and promptly sent a $50 Walmart gift card. Now that is how you correct an error!  Walmart now has a page on their site where shippers can sign up to be notified when the program officially launches.
