UMD Launches Campaign To Replace #1 Flag

Anyone who's spent any amount of time outdoors in the Twin Ports knows what a windy, snowy, icy place the Northland is in the winter.  Now imagine those elements from Mother Nature battling the material on a flag.

With Number One championship rankings in both Women's Volleyball and Men's Hockey, the campus of the University of Minnesota-Duluth has proudly flown a flag touting their national rankings.  That flag could use some help.  A new campaign has been announced to replace the flag with a new one.  The college has even produced a video that explains the situation - which is posted on their Facebook page.
