The Muppet Movie Is Returning to Theaters For It’s 40th Anniversary in July

The Muppet Movie is returning for 2 days only in July to celebrates it's 40th Anniversary! The muppets are such a part of our culture from childhood through adulthood and in my case still as enjoyable to watch. The 1979 film marked the big screen debut of Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy, Fozzie Bear, Gonzo and the rest of the stars from television’s “The Muppet Show.”

The premise of the movie is Kermit heads for Hollywood to be a star and along the way he meets Miss Piggy, Fozzie Bear and Gonzo the Great, who all join him on his journey to become stars too. The the evil Doc Hopper turns up on the scene and the Muppets must stick together to make their dreams come true in Hollywood.

This classic movie is fun for all ages, locally the movie will be playing at Lakes 10 Theater 4351 Stebner Rd in Hermantown on July 25 at 12:30pm and 7:00pm and July 30 at 7:00pm. For more information and to order tickets Click Here.
