Heads up on some street closures planned for downtown Duluth! A series of temporary closures April 3 through May 27 will enable crews to work on the Maurices Headquarters that is being constructed at the corner of Superior Street and 5th Avenue West.
Demolition Of The KDLH Building Begins May 5, Traffic To Change
Demolition of the old KDLH buiding will start tomorrow to make way for the new Maurices Building and new parking ramp. That means traffic will look different and so will the pedestrian areas. Here's the plan as it stands so far.
