SWL&P Work To Detour And Close Parts Of North 21st Street – April 26-May 1

A sure sign of spring:  Road and utility work.  The City of Superior and officials with Superior Water Light and Power are alerting the general public about two upcoming repair projects that will affect the area near the intersection of North 21st Street and HIll Avenue.

On Thursday, April 26, crews with Superior Water Light and Power will be working on the east bound lane of North 21st Street before Hill Avenue, necessitating a lane closure at the intersection.  It should be pointed out that drivers will be able to go through the intersection at this time, however lane changes will need to be made in order to proceed.

Then on Monday, April 30 and Tuesday, May 1 - the work will move to the middle of the intersection - restricting traffic flow east and west on North 21st.  Signed detours will be made available for drivers to follow.
