'Tis the season to jump on a sled and hit the trails!  And with all of the snow we've received so far this winter (okay, we actually received more than two feet before winter even began - but who's checking the calendar?), it should be a good snowmobile season.

Locally, snowmobile enthusiasts are blessed with an abundance of trails to use - no matter which side of the bridge you're on.  In Superior, there are a variety of recreational trails available within the city limits for use year-round.  City officials have announced that portions of this trail system have been opened for winter motorized use.

Here are the specifics:  McClure's Landing Road and the Badger Drive Fishermen's Parking Lot both opened for the 2019-2020 season a while back.  Joining them as of December 16 are:

The Tri-County Corridor/Osaugie Trail (to Barker’s Island)
The Crosstown Trail
The Superior Municipal Forest motorized trails
