St. Louis County Tax-Forfeited Land Auction Happens February 8

More than one-hundred properties will be up for bid at the St. Louis County Tax-Forfeited Land Auction - Thursday, February 8.  The live auction starts at 10:00 AM sharp at the AAD Shriners Center, 5152 Miller Trunk Highway in Hermantown.

Some great deals await the right bidder.  Included are houses in Duluth, Eveleth, and Virginia; a commercial building on Howard Street in Hibbing; cabins, lake property, and more.  Some of the parcels have been up for bid in the past and are coming into this auction with a reduced price.

You can get an advance sneak-peak on the counties online auction catalog. Each parcel includes a description, photos, and a starting bid price.

Interested bidders will need to register in advance of the auction.  You'll find a form with the materials in the online catalog - or you can register at the door.
