St. Louis County Social Worker Recognized With State Honors
As part of the March celebration of Social Worker Month, the Minnesota Department of Human Services is recognizing one of St. Louis County's Social Workers. Paul Nash serves St. Louis County as a Mental Health Commitment Case Manager and is being recognized for his contributions to our community - going "above and beyond the call of duty" to help out his case load.
The recognition stems from a call from the state director of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Treatment Services. Staff from around the state was asked to nominate county social workers who were worthy of recognition.
Paul Nash was nominated by his supervisor Chris Heazlett. Chris had this to say upon hearing of Paul's recogniton:
"Paul's work ethic and compassion for clients is second to none. That Paul was chosen for this recognition was no surprise to those of us privileged to work with him day-to-day."
