If you haven't had a chance to visit Prince's Paisley Park, here's a chance to do it for free.

Paisley Park announced that it will be opening for a free visitation for fans on Wednesday, April 21st from 9 AM – 9 PM, that day is the 5th anniversary of his death. Reservations must be made in advance of your visit, you can do that here, there is a 4-person limit per reservation.

There is limited onsite parking, so Paisley Park officials are urging fans to user ride-share apps like Uber and Lyft. During the special free visitation day regular museum tours will be suspended and your free ticket to the visitation does not include a tour or access to all areas of Paisley Park.

All visits will be timed during the visitation, masks are required, keeping in accordance with Covid-19 restrictions currently in place by the state of Minnesota.

“Prince’s passing remains incomprehensible to all of us,” said Alan Seiffert, Paisley Park Executive Director. “We celebrate his life and legacy every day at Paisley Park, a place that Prince wanted to share with the world. So, on this day especially, we acknowledge the incredible force and inspiration Prince is in people’s lives and open up our doors for them to pay their respects.”

If you'd rather not go inside but still want to show your respect for Prince, fans are welcome to place flowers, mementos, and other memorial items near the large Love Symbol statue just outside the Paisley Park main entrance. There will also be an online memorial online that day at PaisleyPark.com.
