Nicolas David Takes Third On “The Voice”, Has Ties To Duluth

31-year-old Nicholas David is a multi-talented singer, songwriter and pianist from the Twin Cities, and this year was his biggest year as far as his Career goes. He took third on the popular TV show "The Voice".

He was chosen by team Cee Lo Green and made it to the final 3 on the show before Cassadee Pope was crowned the champion. Pope was a member of team Blake, which has had success. Season 1, took second, season 2 took first, season 3, took first.

Nicolas David also has some local ties, Jaima and Tom Hanson, David's aunt and uncle, own the Duluth Grill, and have been cheering him on the whole time. When asked what they would say to him when they saw him again, they just wanted to let him know he did well and they love him.
