Minnesotan Jordis Unga Of “The Voice,” Raises Cash To Record

With the high cost of recording music these days, coupled with the extreme "control" record companies have over each artist, more and more future stars are turning to unorthodox  methods to record their material. Such is the case of Minnesotan Jordis Unga.

You may recall Jordis was  a contestant on "The Voice". She was eliminated, and has not received any offers to record. So, she took it upon herself to raise money the old fashioned way...ask for it. She currently has sixty thousand dollars in her stash..more than enough to record her talents on on a disk.

Jordis says she's "on a journey to write and record her dream record, a culmination of all my years of hard work."
