No matter how you read that, it's still funny. Every year for ten years I have been at Pancake day for the Lions club, this year the 56th annual is one that they have high hopes for, and so do I.

I will let you in on a secret. The weather in the 8 am hour on WDIO usually gets pancake bombed. I have a connection that saves pancake mistakes for me and I throw them at the WDIO weather person, it's Ben again this year so I know he remembers that it will come, so the element of surprise is gone, but.......he doesn't know I am going to get his co-host to help me this year.

The event takes place from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Pioneer Hall, with pancakes, sausage, milk, coffee and a multitude of toppings from my alternate toppings stand.  There’s free parking in the DECC lots. Tickets are $6 in advance ($7 at the door). Please come and support the Lions Club, they serve so many needs in the community.

I will be broadcasting from 7 am to 9 am live. This year I will face off again for the 10th annual sausage contest. Enjoy footage from past years.
