The latest projected 2020 Men's NCAA Hockey Tournament Bracket helped UMD and keeps UND at number 1 overall.

After sweeping Denver, UMD moved into a solid #4 overall and #1 in their region. 6 of the teams will get in by winning their conference tournament, which could also change the seeds again.  So it will feature at least one team from the Big Ten, Atlantic Hockey, ECAC, Hockey East, NCHC and WCHA. Then there are at large teams that are in by how they do in their schedule. It helps them to beat better teams, and it also helps for teams to do well in their league.

The projected 2020 men’s hockey NCAA Tournament bracket has a whole new look since we last made projections. Four new teams got on the right side of the 16-team field and there was change near the top when Minnesota Duluth went from nearly a No. 4 seed to the fourth overall seed.
