Lake Nebagamon Opening Still a Week or More Away

On my way in the the radio station this morning, I talked to a couple buddies of mine that work for the village. They're telling me the lake should be open in a week or so, if the warm weather holds out, if we get a good rain, and if we get a couple windy days. That's a lot of if's isn't it?

If I were a betting man, I'd say May 15th would be the day. I'd like to say this Saturday, but I know that's too much to ask. No info as to when the  village will be putting in the docks as of yet either. I'll keep you posted.
