Though we're at the end of the summer, we're still sweating through some hot and humid weather. But country artist Sara Evans just gave us thoughts of cozy season by announcing her holiday show is headed to Minnesota this December.

The holidays are a time for revisiting those classic traditions we've enjoyed for generations, right? From the festive food to holiday parties and getting together with friends and family, the holiday season is a time of year like no other here in the North Star State.

Which is why, even though it's not even officially Spooky Season just yet, I took note that Sara Evans is already planning the stops on her 2026 Holiday Road, and she's planning on stopping here in the Land of 10,000 Lakes.

When and Where Is Sara Evans’ Minnesota Christmas Show?

According to a release from Mystic Lake, Sara Evans is bringing her signature country sound to the stage with the Holiday Road Tour, giving fans the chance to celebrate the season alongside songs from her celebrated career. It'll take place in the Mystic Showroom at Mystic Lake Casino Hotel on Thursday, Dec. 17, at 8 p.m.

Sara was last here in Minnesota earlier this summer when she played the Winstock country music festival in Winsted on June 20, 2026, though you have to go back to December of 2021 for her last holiday performance, when her Blue Christmas Tour stopped at Mayo Civic Center in Rochester. Throughout her career, Sara's had five number-one singles, including “No Place That Far,” “Suds in the Bucket,” “A Real Fine Place to Start,” “Born to Fly,” and “A Little Bit Stronger.”
