The next era of Hoops Brewing is underway in Duluth, and to celebrate, the team announced two days worth of celebrations to commemorate the relaunch of the brand and its popular beers.

After calling Canal Park its home for about a decade, Hoops Brewing closed its taproom and brewing facility at the end of February. A few weeks later, fans were intrigued and excited by some teasey messaging from the Hoops social media accounts about "a new chapter" coming.

On March 26, Hoops unveiled that the "next chapter" would be a partnership with Blacklist Brewing on Superior Street in Downtown Duluth, where some of the popular Hoops beers would be made and served at the Blacklist taproom.

Following that announcement, the popular Hoops brew, the No.15 Pale Ale, was announced as the first beer to go on tap at the Blacklist taproom, with more to come down the road. Now that the dust has settled after the announcement, it's time to celebrate the new era for Hoops.

Celebrating the "next chapter" of Hoops Brewing with a 2-day relaunch event

In a social media announcement, Hoops revealed there will be two days of relaunch celebration events at their new home.

The first of the two days of events will be on Thursday, April 16, from 5 pm until 7 pm. At this first event, you will be able to enjoy a free pour of the Hoops No.15 Pale Ale as well as get a 6-pack and some merch to take home. Attendance is free, but if you want to take advantage of the relaunch benefits (the free pour, 6-pack, and merch), there is a ticket you'll need to buy on the Blacklist website. Quantities are limited.

The second day, Friday April 17, you can pop in at Blacklist for a free meet the brewmasters event from 5 pm until 7 pm. While you're there, you can (of course) grab a beer from the bar in the taproom to enjoy some of the beverages you'll learn about from the brewmasters.
