Minnesota Named One Of Best States To Drive In
Every single person in Minnesota has strong opinions when it comes to driving. Whether winter driving or roundabouts or zipper merges, everyone has something to say.
That's why this study is sure to get everybody talking. It was conducted by WalletHub and was released earlier this month.
It ranks the states from the best to drive in to the worst. They took much more than traffic into account, looking at a ton of key factors across the board.
Analysts looked at maintenance and ownership costs, infrastructure, safety and access to vehicles and maintenance. Here's how things shook out.

Minnesota's Standings
Minnesota did pretty well in this study, being named the 12th best state for driving in! I have to say, after driving in other states, Minnesota drivers are definitely some of the most chill.

Kansas, Idaho and Indiana rounded out the top five. Minnesota really shined when it came to safety on the roads, helping us secure a spot just outside the top ten.
And Wisconsin...
Sadly, Wisconsin can be found much further down the list, coming in at number 32. That means Wisconsin is much closer to being one of the worst states to drive in than one of the best. Sigh.

It could always be worse! The last three states on the list are Montana, Washington and Hawaii. I wouldn't mind bad driving if it meant I got to live in Hawaii!
