Over the past two decades, officials with the City of Duluth and neighborhood leaders have worked hard to elevate the Lincoln Park community.  With investments in infrastructure, a name change, and plain-old elbow grease, the former West End section of Duluth has received a good facelift with future growth in mind.

Along those lines, the City of Duluth Planning Division is hosting a public meeting on Tuesday, February 28 to present information about a historic neighborhood survey to take place in the Lincoln Park section of town.  The session will happen during the Historic Preservation Commissions regular monthly meeting at 2:00 PM which happens in the City Hall Council Chambers:  411 West First Street.

Along with city officials, Summit Envirosolutions - the consultants hired for the job - will be on hand to present their plans and answer questions.
