HIghway 18 Detour To Affect Motorists Near Miller Lacs

Drivers who will be in the Mille Lacs area this week will want to know about a detour on Highway 18.

Motorists traveling on Hwy 18 just east of Mille Lacs Lake will be detoured on Mille Lacs County Roads 30, 132 and 109 from Monday, Sept. 9 through Friday, Sept. 13 as crews continue work on a major drainage improvement project on Hwy 18.

The total length of the detour is three-miles. Two-miles of the detour route is on a gravel surface.
