Here’s When Something Sweet By Maddie Lu Opens At The Miller Hill Mall

Our sweet tooth is very excited about this: a new bakery will be open in Duluth by the end of the month.

You have probably seen or heard about this as it is a pretty big deal! Something Sweet By Maddie Lu is opening up a new location in the Miller Hill Mall. Maddie is a Food Network star who has been on a handful of shows on the network over the past few years!

Now, she is taking her talents to the Northland. The new sweet shop will be open for business on Thursday, June 24th. The exciting news was shared on the shop's official Facebook page Sunday (June 20th).

As if we need a reason to go buy delicious desserts, just taking a look at some of her creations is mind-blowing! The bakery will also sell macaroons, cupcakes, cookie dough and more.

This will be the latest location for the shop but not the first. The store already has a few locations across Minnesota. You have probably seen it if you've been to the Mall Of America recently or if you've passed by the other location in Coon Rapids.

In May of this year, it was announced that the bakery would be opening at the Miller Hill Mall at some point in the future. This came after a successful pop-up shop at the mall in 2020. It was a big hit during the holiday season!

As mentioned, Maddie Lu has been on several Food Network shows over the years and will continue her role on the network next month. She shared the exciting news that she will be featured on Buddy Vs. Duff in mid-July. Her role isn't known quite yet.

By the way, the Miller Hill Mall has had quite a few new additions recently with more to come! A new pet store just opened up and a boutique and sushi stand are expected in the near future.
