Thousands of thrill-seekers from all over the country make their way aboard the William A. Irvin Haunted Ship each October, enjoying the frights organizers and volunteers invest months of planning and preparation into for the scariest month of the year.

For the first time ever, we were given full access to the entire ship before it was open to the public. This all-access glimpse at the ship won't ruin anything for you, it will just give you a little taste of what to expect, minus some of the powerful smells and sounds that accompany the in-person experience.

One thing many people don't realize is the enormous amount of people that are needed for a tour of this size and many of the actors are volunteers. This is a big commitment to make as a part of the crew. You have makeup, wardrobe, and have stay in character for hours on end. It shows just how dedicated and passionate everyone involved in the Haunted Ship really is.

The William A. Irvin is a looming Duluth landmark and is an ominous giant parked permanently in the harbor. On a dark night with a full moon over the lake, even just the outside of the ship can send chills up your spine. Do you have what it takes to make it all the way through? I dare you.

The ship will be open select nights through Halloween. You can see the full schedule of remaining nights by clicking the button below.
