Great Lakes Cruise Ship To Stop In The Twin Ports This Summer
Not since 2013 have we seen a cruise ship docked in the Twin Ports, but come this June that is all about to change. The Great Lakes Cruise ship is a 14-day, 13-night sail that takes passengers through the 5 Great Lakes, stopping at big and small cites along the way. The ship called the Hanseatic Inspiration will set sail on June 3, from Toronto, Canada and make it's way to Chicago.
The cruise line has scheduled two visits to Duluth this year with the second one on June 17, when the ship leaves Chicago on it's way back to Toronto. This particular cruise is sold out with 376 passengers and about 240 crew members. If this sounds like something you would like to do the price ranges from $10,570 up to $22,370 a ticket, depending on the cabin and package you choose.
This is sure great news for the tourism industry and will give some of the passengers the opportunity to visit the Twin Ports, which they may not otherwise have had a chance to do. For more information on this cruise click here.
