Family Center Closed For Bayfront Activities

The City Of Duluth announced the Family Center at Bayfront Festival Park is scheduled to close to the public.

The closing is to accommodate Blues Fest, as well as other scheduled activities within Bayfront. Sometimes the building is used for selling tickets to storing supplies, but with so many people in the park, it is hard to keep it open when families gather in the park.
The Family Center will reopen and resume normal operating hours on Monday, August 13th.

Recreational Equipment is available for free use and includes Frisbee golf, kites, volleyball, kick balls, croquet and more.
The area includes a huge picnic/party area with a children's play area at Bayfront Festival Park 350 Harbor Drive.

The Family Center is normally open May 29 through September 13, 2018, Monday - Thursday, 11 am - 7 pm. If you are wondering what the latest activity going on is, you can always hook up on the website.
