With the hustle and bustle of preparing for the holiday you don't often get to take a break and actually enjoy what the season has to offer.  Make it a point to stop and enjoy the local talent from UW-Superior.  You'll feel refreshed with a new attitude to tackle those holiday tasks.

The University of Wisconsin-Superior Music Department has been working very hard to perfect their upcoming performances.  The 18th annual “Season of Song” Choral Concerts which will be held on Sunday, December 6 at 4:00 p.m. and again on Monday, December 7 at 7:30 p.m. at the Cathedral of Christ the King in Superior,1111 Belknap Street, at the corner of Belknap Street and Grand Avenue.  Tickets may be purchased for $10.00 at the door starting one hour prior to each performance.

These concerts have become a favorite way to usher in the holidays.  You'll hear the incredible sounds of an A Cappella Choir as they present their 2015 “Season of Song” program along with multiple choral ensembles sing traditional and newly composed seasonal favorites with a full orchestra.  They will be under the direction of Dr. Richard Robbins, professor and director of choral activities at UW-Superior.  If his name sounds familiar, he is also the chorus master of the Duluth-Superior Symphony Orchestra Chorus.
