Duluth Transit Authority Seeks Members For Stride Advisory Committee
Residents in the Twin Ports are lucky to have a mass transit provider available to them in the form of the Duluth Transit Authority; bus routes serve both sides of the bridge, offering a convenient way to get around the metro.
In addition - since 1982 - the DTA has provided special services to disabled people via their Stride Program. Now the governing board seeks to add members to an advisory committee.
The Stride Advisory Committee provides guidance to the board of directors at the DTA on the services that they provide specifically in regards to disabled people. Members of the committee serve a three year term.
