Duluth Police Search For Suspect In Theft Incident At The Mall

The surveillance photos might be a little obscured, but Duluth Police are hoping that they'll do the trick in helping them identify and locate the person pictured.  The photos show a suspect that police believe was involved in a theft incident at the mall on Monday evening.
