If you have a child interested in space and NASA, here's a free event that's perfect for them.  The Duluth Children's Museum is bringing a special program to the Superior Public Library that will focus on experiencing Earth and space phenomena and exploring the universe using the scientific method.  Join the fun on Tuesday, June 18 at 2:00 PM.

Those in attendance will learn about NASA and the solar system using hands-on activities; plan on building a scale model of the solar system and also building your own rocket.

This event is free, but space is limited.  Those interested must register before June 17.  If you are planning on coming, please call the Youth Services Desk at 715-394-8866 before June 17 to reserve your spot.

The Superior Public Library has fun family events planned for the entire summer (actually, throughout the entire year).  A great majority of them are free of charge.  Click here to see what's coming up next and to get more information.
