Reports from the Lake Superior Zoo people is that the first week of Boo At The Zoo were a ton of fun. Reports from the Duluth Police is that people need to be careful when they are coming to the event. With the construction there is a challenge to be safe.

This Saturday, October 17th, Whether you are driving or trying to cross or walk to the event, please be careful! The Duluth Police release this quick statement to help everyone be a little safer.

 Pedestrian traffic will be heavy along Grand Avenue near the Zoo, and  families will be crossing Grand at a crosswalks set up by the Duluth Police Reserves.

Drivers are reminded to YIELD TO PEDESTRIANS IN THE CROSSWALKS, and to drive with caution in the area of this event.

 

Grand Avenue is reduced to one lane and so the traffic is slow and crossing is dangerous if you don't pay attention.
