Animal Allies Pet Of The Week SpookCATular! And Doggie Too

Jenny checked in from Animal Allies to talk about the Pet Of The Week, and some Halloween stuff happening at the shelter. If you are looking to a companion, especially a cat, this week is the week to go find one.

Jenny talked about Bran today, Bran is a gorgeous black and white 3 year old female kitty. She came to Animal Allies as a stray and is now hoping to find her forever home. This girl loves to be pet and will rub on your leg for attention. Bran is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. If you are into your pet finder color match, Bran is an EXECUTIVE (ORANGE): I have to say, I'm a busy cat. First, I've got to check out what's happening out the window. Next, I'll see if any closets or cupboards need looking into. And then there are my naps--can't be late for those. I can fit a little socializing into my schedule. Shall we plan on breakfast and dinner? I hope you like kibbles.

Looking for a Dog, Here's Captain. Captain is a friendly, energetic 8-year-old male black Lab and Chow Chow mix. He is playful, loving, and eager to please. Captain came from a home where he was mostly an outdoor dog, so he needs to go to a home with the patience to help him learn to be an indoor dog. In addition to a nice warm house to call his new home, he would also love to have a fenced-in yard to play in.
