Cassandra Maxwell of Roseau Minnesota posted a video that has now gone viral. Maxwell recorded herself in her car after a run in with the local sheriff at her kids elementary school and proceeded to lash out at the school and mainly the principal.

According to what she has said in the video she apparently was served a "No Trespassing" order by the Sheriff in front of her kids at the school due to not following proper protocol at the school and for taking pictures of her kids on school grounds. She of course defends her actions claiming she has done nothing wrong.

For the record Roseau is a very small town with a population of only 2.800 people located just minutes from the Canadian border.  By the looks of the cities website they only have one school in the whole town for Elementary through High School.

According to CityPages Sheriff Steve Gust said "she hasn’t yet filed suit against the department. Besides her language, nothing she’s been doing has been threatening, let alone dangerous. After being served, she’d “walked out” of the school office, albeit “not very happy.”  The Roseau Community School has not made any comments and the Sheriffs Department did not offer any further information.

***** PLEASE NOTE THE LANGUAGE IN THIS VIDEO IS VERY VULGAR AND LOT'S OF PROFANITY. DO NOT HAVE THE VOLUME UP LOUD, NOT SAFE FOR WORK OR CHILDREN TO WATCH! ****
