1st Annual North End Nightmare 5K Is Coming To Superior

Grandma's Marathon has announced a new event that will take place this fall in Superior and it sounds like it will be a scary good time for the whole family.

The 1st Annual North End Nightmare 5K and Spider Dash for kids will both take place Saturday, October 26 in Superior:

• 4:00 p.m. – Spider Dash for kids 14 and under. All participants in the Spider Dash will receive a commemorative tote bag that can be used for a variety of things, including trick-or-treating on Halloween.
• 5:00 p.m. – North End Nightmare 5K – The 3.1 mile race will bring runners through the streets of Superior’s North End.  Dressing up for this Halloween-themed run is highly recommended.  All 5K participants will receive a hooded sweatshirt.

Registration opens at 8:00 a.m. on September 1 with the following entry fee schedule:

• $25 Adults and $15 Kids from September 1 - September 14
• $30 Adults and $15 Kids from September 15 – October 24
• $35 Adults and $15 Kids on October 25 & October 26.  Only in-person registration will be available on these dates.
