The 148th recently conducted a combat training readiness exercise in October of 2020. They routinely require these exercises as they deploy to situations across the globe multiple times a year. Just last year, the 148th assisted in a NORAND home defense mission. The fighter wing also participated in flyover missions as tribute to our frontline healthcare workers in May during the first wave of COVID-19 infections.
