Y2K Survivalist Finally Comes Out Of Bunker After 14 Years

When the calendar flipped from December 31, 1999 to January 1, 2000 - some people believed that the world would come to an end.  Many prepped and sought out shelter to ride out the "expected" doomsday that never happened.

Now that 14 years have passed, the majority of those people have moved on with their lives in a short amount of time after it was apparent that the world didn't end.

Norman Feller wasn't one of those people.

For the past 14 years, Feller has lived in his bunker - riding out whatever scenario he thought was happening above ground.  He only came out of his sheltered hiding spot in September 2013.
