Halloween can be a very stressful time on your pet, even if they are the easy going sociable type. All the noises outside, strangers continually at the door, and extra excitement going on inside the house too.

Daryl talked to us about a couple of things. Remember, the Furr Ball is next week and to get your tickets, this is Animal Allies biggest fund raiser, and it's a lot of fun. Second, He has a new pet to talk about, June Bugg.

This morning was interesting as we talked about a kitty. Daryl from Animal Allies talked about a kitty that is very quiet, and keeps to themselves. Animal Allies is helping out this kitty that came from somewhere else, but needs a home. Sounds like a pet for someone who is busy.

Gromit, the name, brings to mind the lovable claymation type animated dog who saves his half witted owner from danger or even just a bad decison. This Gromit is fast.

There have been some famous Dottys in history. Dotty from the Pee Wee's Big Adventure Movie, Dottie West,  and golfer Dottie Pepper. The one we will show you and talk about is the Animal Allies Pet Of The Week.

Rex Smith was a sex symbol from the 80's, when I first heard the name Rex, that is what I thought of. He must be a heart throb for the ladies. Daryl confirmed the ladies like Rex and want to take him home. He has been working on his behavior and now is ready to be in a home doing tricks and chasing tennis balls.

Daryl came on the show this morning talking about buddies. Buddy movies usually do very well. Daryl says buddy pets do as well. Sometimes they click and are better together. Think of you and your best friend, what if you were separated?

Daryl wasn't with me on the telephone, but he sent me an email. He said, I have this guy looking for a home. Most people might not have heard of this mix, but he is a great dog and looking for a home to live.

Daryl talked about a cat this morning. Animal Allies PR guy brought up the fact that Queenie, aptly named, will probably take over your household. She is a loyal cat, as he points out, but likes to rule the roost.

Daryl was funny today, we talked about the pet of the week and if you have a puppy you are trying to train, they offer a class and tips and getting them trained so that they can become a better pet and get along with the family.

Funny talk with Daryl from Animal Allies this morning. It seems Animal Allies has a surplus sale on things for pets and are looking to unload at great prices. So see the folks there or if you would like to take a pet and pet toy home that is encouraged.

Daryl was supposed to call me this morning, but Betsy did the job. Today we talked about Foxy. The whole time we talked about her I kept hearing Jimi Hendrix singing....Foxy, Foxy Lady!!!
