Every Wednesday I get to meet new animals. I love animals and have found more and more they have personalities just like humans. Don't believe me, watch you tube. This week we are talking about Hunter.
I talked to Daryl from Animal Allies this morning and he mentioned the pet of the week was young and full of energy, but a lovey-dovey kind of dog. Blaze is the kind of dog to come in and meet being that he is so young, definitely a family dog though.
It's so much harder to place pets in the winter months. People tend not to take on a new pet especially a dog because it's hard to take them for a walk in the winter. Some dogs have sensitive paws and don't like to be out in the cold much, so the bonding time is longer.
Daryl from Animal Allies brought up the latest Pet Of The Week and it's a pretty Kitty. In fact, it's Miss Kitty. She's had a tough life and wants to just love and be loved.
Thanks to you we had another perfect year, we were able to get each pet we talked about into a forever home and that makes us proud. We have been able to do that for a few years in a row. Let's make 2018 another good year by getting Chelsey into a home
I talked to Daryl and he told me how thankful he is we get the word out about the animals. for 6 years we have been helping to put good animals in good homes. Our guy this week is Gregg.
First of all, I have to say Thank You, all of last year and into this year so far, we have been able to get every animal we talk about to have a home. Let's continue!! This week we are talking about Trix. A cat that is just looking for that simple thing, a home.
Animal Allies wants to say thanks to those of you that came to their last event to adopt a pet. Daryl told me over 100 animals went home with someone and found a home. These animals will be great pets and companions for some northland families. There was a few that didn't go home with families. Zeke is one of them, he is a wiggler and wants a home
I have to let you in on a secret. Daryl emails us the night before with our pet of the week so we can know and talk about him and have this blog ready. This week, the pet was adopted before I was even writing about them.
