Spring Is Here And Time For Medicine Cabinet Clean Out Is This Friday

Unused and old medicines in your home can cause possible poisoning, drug abuse and flushing medications can pollute and harm fish and wildlife. WLSSD is having their quarterly medicine cabinet clean out event.

Normally you can safely dispose of unwanted expired medications at locally participating law-enforcement facilities, but with the WLSSD’s cabinet clean out event this Friday, you can drop off those unwanted and unneeded medication safely from 9 to 4 PM .

They do have requirements on how to dispose of them during this event. Also the drop off options of course are the best but if you are unable to use them they do have instructions for disposal in the trash.
