This year 'Record Store Day' falls on April 16th. Did you know there was such a thing? If you didn't and are into collecting or listening to music on vinyl, this day is for you.

This year Ozzy Osbourne is the official 'Record Store Day' ambassador and he's so happy about that and always ready to make a buck, he's releasing a 30th anniversary edition of  his solo records 'Blizzard of Ozz' and 'Diary of a Madman'.

You can also pick up a limited edition 78 RPM single set of The Beach Boys’ 'Good Vibrations' and 'Heroes and Villians' both as original mixes and alternate versions.

The original idea for Record Store Day was conceived by Chris Brown, and was founded in 2007 by Eric Levin, Michael Kurtz, Carrie Colliton, Amy Dorfman, Don Van Cleave and Brian Poehner as a celebration of the unique culture surrounding over 700 independently owned record stores in the USA, and hundreds of similar stores internationally.
