Today is ‘Prince Day’ in Minnesota

With today being 'Prince Day' in Minnesota thanks to Governor Mark Dayton, we now have a day to honor this great musician.I’m heading on the purple train to celebrate, don’t have your tickets because they are sold out? 

Well if you can’t get on the train, here are five things you could do to celebrate Prince Day.

1. Jam out to a Prince CD
2. Get a white dove and watch Old Yeller with it
3. Grab a millennial and go help them buy something purple and teach them what good music is.
4. Party like its 1999 and not be offended by everything in the world
